Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using myteamcity.com (the "Service") operated by MyTeamCity ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myteamcity.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Team managers who create a team on MyTeamCity are responsible for ensuring that all team members, including minors, have appropriate consent to participate. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, qualifications, and the content they publish. Athletes are responsible for their own profile content and any fundraising campaigns they create.
MyTeamCity provides tools to help teams and athletes run fundraising campaigns. You are solely responsible for ensuring your fundraiser complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any fundraiser that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these terms or applicable law. Transaction fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of setup.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By posting content, you grant MyTeamCity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
The MyTeamCity name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and software are the exclusive property of MyTeamCity. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors and email providers). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTeamCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@myteamcity.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
