  • Profile picture — a photo you choose to upload to represent yourself. Your profile picture is displayed on your player profile and is visible to other members of your team. Profile pictures must not be obscene, offensive, or otherwise violate our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to remove any image that does not meet these standards.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device/browser information collected automatically.
  • Communications — messages sent through the platform between team members, coaches, and athletes.
  • Payment information — processed securely through third-party payment providers; we do not store card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the MyTeamCity platform.
  • Process fundraisers, sponsorships, and other transactions.
  • Send administrative notifications such as account confirmations and security alerts.
